A 90-day action plan is a great way to start your business. It will help you stay on track and keep you accountable for your actions.
The first step is to define what your goal is. What are you trying to accomplish? Once you have this, it will be easier for you to set up a timeline and know what steps need to be taken and in what order.
The next step in the plan is to identify the resources that are necessary for achieving the goal. This includes time, money, people and materials. For each of these resources, create an estimate of how much time or money they will cost or how many people or materials are needed.
The third step is figuring out which milestones need to be met in order for the goal to be achieved successfully. These milestones should specify when each task needs to be completed as well as any other restrictions that might apply such as cost limits or deadlines by which they need to be met.
I have created a 90-day action plan template for you to follow one week at a time.
